None for the Appellant Pawan Kumar Aggarwal, who is reported to have expired.

By virtue of application bearing no.CRL.M.A. 4674/2026 filed on by son of deceased appellant, it has been informed that appellant has expired and present address of the appellant has also been placed on record. Abatement of appeal is sought as well.

It is submitted by Mr.Abhishek Sabharwal, Advocate (through VC) that as appellant has expired and family / legal heirs of the appellant does not wish to contest the present appeal.

An additional oral request has been made on behalf of son of deceased Appellant, namely, Mr. Mohit and in view of the same and changed The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. circumstances, surety of appellant stands discharged. The documents i.e. FDR on record, be released to the surety on identification and under acknowledgement.

In view of these circumstances more particularly when factum of death of appellant stands verified by CBI and considering the fact that LRs of deceased appellant does not wish to pursue the instant appeal, the same stands "abated".

Application Crl.A.No.4674/06 stands disposed off accordingly and appeal stands abated.
