% 08.02.2016 19 years old daughter of the petitioner is missing since 07.12.2015 which led to the filing of the present petition. Notice was issued in the matter.

Hema, daughter of the petitioner is present in court and she submits that she has voluntarily married one Uma Shankar, respondent no. 4. The petitioner has met his daughter and he submits that in view of the fact that his daughter has married Uma Shankar, he does not wish to press this petition.
