% 12.01.2016 After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present writ petition as main examination in terms of Civil Services Examination Rules, 2015 has been conducted. She states that the petitioner will make a representation as fresh rules for conducting 2016 examinations are yet to be formalised and notified. In view of the statement made, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It will be open to the petitioner to
make a representation in accordance with law. We clarify that we have not expressed any opinion on merits.
