% 25.01.2016 CM Appl. 2126/2016 in W.P.(c) 11744/2015 Present application has been filed for extension of time for compliance of order dated 21st December, 2015 passed by this Court, as it is stated that the respondent has filed an LPA challenging the main judgment in the case of Santosh Handloom Vs. Commissioner of Customs (Import)-on the basis of which, the present writ petition had been disposed of.

Learned counsel for the respondent/applicant also undertakes before this Court that an appeal in the present matter would also be filed within a period of two weeks.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, the time for compliance of the order dated 21st December, 2015 is extended by another period of two weeks. With the aforesaid directions, the present application stands disposed of.
