CRL. M.A. 12690/2018 By this application, the appellant, who is present in court along with his learned counsel, seeks to withdraw the appeal. The application is disposed of permitting the appellant to withdraw the present appeal.

CRL. A. 218/2016 The appellant seeks to withdraw the appeal as he has undergone the sentence awarded to him and the fine amount has also been paid by him. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. CRL.A. 218/2016

CRL. M.A. 12692/2018 By this application, the appellant seeks cancellation of the endorsement on the surety bond.

Application is disposed of directing the Registrar (Appellate) to cancel the endorsement on 19th July, 2018.

CRL. M.A. 9168/2018 This application has been filed by Ms. Rohini Goel seeking release of the FDR bearing No. 524191 for a sum of ₹50,000/- issued by Allahabad Bank, Ludhiana, Punjab and cancellation of the endorsement thereon. Since, the appellant has undergone the sentence awarded to him and the appeal has been withdrawn, this application is disposed of directing release of the surety bond and cancellation of the endorsement on the FDR bearing No. 524191.

List for necessary formalities before the Registrar (Appellate) on 19th July, 2018. The date fixed for 30th August, 2018 in CRL. M.A. 9168/2018 is cancelled.
