O R D E R

% 11.02.2017 It is mutually agreed, the respondent- Insurance company shall pay to the appellant a sum of Rs.2,70, 000/- over and above the impugned award by way of cheque, which shall be deposited with DHCLSC favouring the appellant within 45 days, failing which it shall carry interest @ 12% p.a. The cheque so deposited, be handed over to the appellant on due verification. Appeal stands settled accordingly.
