% 23.11.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is handing over a demand draft bearing No.535361 dated 16.11.2017 amounting to ₹29,445/- to respondent No.1 in terms of full and final settlement arrived at between the parties.

It is also submitted that in view of the settlement nothing is due now between the parties and no claim as per the impugned award dated 26.08.2014 shall be enforced/claimed by the respondent No.1.
