% 16.11.2018 The counsel for the petitioner, after some hearing, conceded that the matter is now before the Family Court and, therefore, the remedies will have to be pursued under the Family Courts Act, 1984 only, he also not having availed of the revisional remedy against the orders of the Metropolitan Magistrate when the proceedings were pending in that court. The counsel now wants to withdraw the present petition reserving his right to pursue the appropriate remedy under the Family Court Act, 1984. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Interim orders are vacated.
