% 03.05.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have entered into a settlement before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Courts. He seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition seeking quashing of FIR No.623/2015 under Sections 323/354/34 IPC registered at PS Punjabi Bagh on the basis of compromise. Petition and application are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
