On the last date of hearing, a copy of the forensic examination in respect of the handwriting of the petitioner on the admission certificates and the hand writing/ signatures on the NCB Exam-2013, were available. As counsel for the petitioner had stated that the report of the forensic examination had not been furnished to him, counsel for the respondents was directed to file the same by way of an affidavit. 2.

An affidavit dated 26th February, 2016 has been filed by the respondents.

Counsel for the respondents states that an advance copy of the W.P.(C) 11855/2015

affidavit has been dispatched to the counsel for the petitioner through courier. He further points out that based on the report of the CFSL, Chandigarh dated 5th January, 2016, an order dated 6th January, 2016 has been passed by the Staff Selection Commission, intimating the petitioner that his candidature for recruitment to the post of Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police, CAPFs and Assistant Sub-Inspector in CISF examination, 2013 stands cancelled and he has been debarred for a period of three years from the Commission's examination on account of indulging in malpractice / unfair means.

None had appeared on behalf of the petitioner on the first call. Even after a pass-over, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner on the second call. In such circumstances, we have no option but to dismiss the present petition in default and for non-prosecution. 5.
