% 21.04.2016 It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that charge-sheet has already been filed by the State without arrest of the petitioner. That being so, since the charge-sheet has already been filed, the petitioner may move appropriate application before the Trial Court concerned for grant of regular bail. It is, however, submitted by counsel for the petitioner that although charge-sheet has been filed but the case has not yet been committed to the Sessions Court which will take some time.

Under the circumstances, the petitioner is granted time to move appropriate application before the concerned Trial Court where the case is going to be committed on or before 11.07.2016. Till then, the petitioner be not arrested. A copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the petitioner. The application stands disposed of accordingly. SUNITA GUPTA, J APRIL 21, 2016/rd
