The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.254/2014 registered under Sections 376/506 IPC and Section 6 POCSO Act at PS Okhla Industrial Area. Status report is on record. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 12.04.2014. Statement of the prosecutrix has been recorded as informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. The parties were acquainted with each other since long. Physical relations took place between the two on the alleged promise to marry. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of `40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. 4.

The bail application stands disposed of.
