He states that he shall be taking appropriate steps also keeping in view the fact that the petitioner is also impugning the dismissal in W.P.(C) No. 7730/2015 titled as Vishwa Bandhu v. Central Vigilance Commission and others; and as he may be advised.

Consequently, the petition and the pending application are dismissed as withdrawn.
