1. It is seen that the Plaintiff has not taken steps to serve Defendant No. 1 either by speed post or authorized courier despite specific order made in that regard on 23rd March 2016. The affidavit has been filed only in respect of Defendant No. 2. It appears that the Plaintiff is not interested in pursuing the matter.

2. Accordingly, the suit is dismissed for non-prosecution. The pending applications also stand dismissed.
