O R D E R

% 27.11.2017 This petition seeks the speedy investigation in the proper and just manner. The Status Report dated 25.11.2017 is handed over on behalf of the State, which reads as under:- "In continuation to previous status report it is further submitted that result of the mobile phone of the deceased vide FSL 2015/CFU-7742 had been received and the same was analysed.

During analysis, various text message conversation were found between the deceased and alleged Mohan Gupta @ Monu (mo. No.7503000584) but there is nothing by which it can be concluded that the deceased was compelled to commit suicide. Further, investigation of the case FIR No.290/15 u/s- 306/34 IPC PS-Khyala had been concluded in all aspect and final report of the case has also been submitted before the facilitation centre, Tis Hazari Court Complex, New Delhi on 24-11-17 and NDOH is fixed for 1-12-17."

In view of the aforesaid, no further orders are called for. The petition, alongwith pending application, is disposed off accordingly. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
