% 24.04.2017 Learned counsel for L&B/LAC seeks to tender the counter today in the Court. Same is hereby being taken on record. The petitioner claims direction that the lands acquired by the respondent, have to be declared as having been lapsed by virtue of Section 24(2) the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. The documents and material placed on record do not disclose as to how the petitioner traces his rights in respect of the lands for which declaration is sought.

In the circumstances, the Court is of the opinion that no relief can be granted to the petitioner. However, the concerned party is not precluded from approaching this Court with all the necessary W.P.(C) 11862/2015

documents. The writ petition and pending miscellaneous application are dismissed in above terms.
