By way of this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of Cr.P.C., petitioners are seeking quashing of FIR No.1368/2015 registered at PS Jamia Nagar under Sections 447/380/323/506/34 IPC and the proceedings arising therefrom before the Court of learned Metropolitan Magistrate.

Status report has been filed by the State. As per the averments made in the FIR, Abdullah attacked Khalil Ahmad on his head with a sword and Wasim Ahmed caused injury on the back and other parts of the body with knife.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
