The petitioner's grievance is that even though the By:AMULYA

respondent/CISF in accordance and in compliance with their policy are making current HRA payments, in respect of past dues no action has been taken. In the order dated 18.12.2015, passed in W.P.(C) 11658/2015 and connected matters, this Court had held that on a constructions of the existing policy of the CISF and Rule 61 (3), those not allotted residential quarters but permitted to live outside are entitled to draw HRA. In the circumstances, the respondent CISF shall verily the records and claims of the petitioner and ensure that if any arrears are due, the same are disbursed at the earliest and in any case within siv weeks from today.

The writ petitions are allowed in the above terms. Order dasti.
