% 16.12.2016 Vide order of 21st December, 2015, appellant was directed to deposit the awarded amount with the Registrar General of this Court and its 50% was directed to be released tor respondents/claimants. Learned counsel for respondents-claimants submits that 50% of the awarded amount has been received by respondents-claimants and the remaining amount be released to claimants.

Learned counsel for appellant on instructions seeks permission of this Court to unconditionally withdraw these appeals. In view of the aforesaid, the above captioned two appeals and pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn with direction to the MAC.APP.1001/2015 MAC.APP.1007/2015
