% 20.02.2018 Learned counsel for the Judgment Debtor submits that in compliance with the order passed in FAO(OS) 157/2016, the amount has been deposited by the Judgment Debtor and has even been released in favour of the Decree Holder.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the Decree Holder prays for leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh if need be and subject to the orders that may be passed in the Appeal.
