Petitioner submits that she has settled the dispute with the respondent amicably in terms of Settlement Deed dated 18th January, 2017, copy of which has been placed on record.

Pursuant to the above settlement and as agreed between the parties, petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition unconditionally. 4.

In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.

The parties shall abide by the terms and conditions as mentioned in the Settlement Deed.
