This public interest petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents No.1 to 3 to remove the alleged unauthorized constructions raised by the respondents No.4 and 5 in Plot No.102, B-Block, Shukar Bazar, Satyawati Dharmshala, Vikas Nagar, Hastsal, New Delhi.

It is pleaded by the petitioner that though a complaint/representation was made on 01.06.2015, the respondents No.1 to 3 failed to take any action. 3.

Since, the petitioner's representation is yet to be considered, we consider it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent No.1 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.06.2015 (filed as Annexure-P6 to the petition) and take appropriate action in accordance with law. 4.
