% 16.11.2016 The matter between the parties stands settled before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. It is also settled before the mediation centre that the court fee in terms of Section 89CPC and Section 16 of the Court Fees Act be returned to plaintiff no.2 i.e. Siemens Industry Software (India) Private Limited. In terms of the settlement between the parties while disposing of the present suit, it is hereby directed that the court fee be refunded in the name of plaintiff no.2 Siemens Industry Software (India) Private Limited.

The suit stands disposed of.
