By way of this application filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 1326/2015 registered at PS Dabri under Sections 452/324/427/34 IPC.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that vide order dated 26th February, 2016, co-accused, Deep @ Deepak Bisht has already been granted anticipatory bail by the learned ASJ. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also placed on record copy of the order dated 26th February, 2016.

On behalf of the State it is submitted that petitioner has joined the investigation.

Considering the facts and circumstances, petitioner is admitted to anticipatory bail and in the event of his arrest he shall be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 50,000/- with one surety of the BAIL APPLN. 2764/2015

like amount to the satisfaction of concerned IO/SHO. 5.

Petitioner is directed to join the investigation as and when required by the Investigating Officer.
