By filing the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking parole for a period of two months on the ground of taking care of his ailing father. 2.

Nominal roll of the petitioner has been received as per which the petitioner has availed furlough thrice in the year 2015 i.e. three weeks furlough w.e.f. 19.03.2015 to 09.04.2015, two weeks furlough w.e.f. 08.09.2015 to 22.09.2015 and two weeks furlough w.e.f. 09.11.2015 to 23.11.2015.

As per Parole/Furlough Guidelines-2010, a minimum period of six months ought to have elapsed from the date of termination of the previous parole/furlough.

In the given circumstances, the prayer of the Petitioner for releasing him on parole is hereby rejected.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
