% 14.03.2016 Ms. Radhika Kolluru, learned APP appearing on behalf of the official respondent invites my attention to the status report to urge that the applicant has joined investigation and made herself available to the Investigating Officer in the subject FIR on 01.02.2016, 15.02.2016 and 03.03.2016. Ms. Kolluru further states that as desired by the Investigating Officer in the subject FIR, the applicant has also provided her specimen signature in the case.
Therefore, in my view, custodial interrogation of the applicant herein may not be warranted.
However, in the present case, it is observed that the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India had directed the applicant to surrender before the concerned Court.
At this stage, Mr. Vipin Sanduja, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to
surrender before the concerned Court and seek regular bail. Leave and liberty granted.
The present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
