% 01.02.2017 This petition has been preferred to seek quashing of FIR No. 137/2013 dated 29.05.2013 registered under Sections 420/471/468/120-B IPC at police station Swaroop Nagar, North West District, together with all the proceedings arising there from. Respondent No.2 had earlier made a statement on 15.03.2016 that he does not oppose the prayer made in the petition. Respondent No.2 is present today in Court. He is identified by the investigating officer and he reiterates the said statement. The FSL report is also in favour of the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid, no useful purpose would be served in

proceeding further with the FIR in question and the proceedings emanating therefrom. The same are hereby quashed.
