The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.888/2015 under Sections 323/308/451/354B/506/34 IPC PS Narela. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. As per status report, charge-sheet has already been filed in the Court without petitioner's arrest. The petitioner had joined the investigation pursuant to the notice under Section 41A Cr.P.C. issued to him. It is unclear as to why the petitioner is being asked after filing of the charge-sheet to join the investigation. 3.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail for fifteen days to enable him to BAIL APPLN. 23/2016
seek bail before the Trial Court as charge-sheet has already been filed without arrest and in the event of arrest, he be released on furnishing personal bond in the sum of `30,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating officer. 4.
The bail application stands disposed of.
