The petitioner is aggrieved by the judgment dated 28.10.2015, pronounced by the Principal Bench, Central Administrative Tribunal, New Delhi dismissing his O.A. No.3281/2015, whereunder he had challenged his transfer order dated 31.07.2015, transferring him from Northern Railways to North-Eastern Railways, as also the consequential relieving order dated 03.08.2015.

Mr.V.S.R.Krishna, learned counsel for the respondents states on instructions that there are some fresh developments inasmuch as vide order dated 01.02.2018, the petitioner has been transferred from Gorakhpur, North-Eastern Railways, to Chittranjan Locomotive Works though relieving order has not been issued so far.

In view of the subsequent developments, we are of the opinion that nothing further survives for adjudication so far as the present petition is concerned.

The petition is disposed of, alongwith the pending application with liberty granted to the petitioner to seek redressal against his transfer order dated 01.02.2018 before the competent Forum vested with jurisdiction in that regard.
