A. 32350/2018 It is submitted that petitioner and complainant have settled their disputes amicably before Mediation Centre, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi on 09.08.2018 and in terms of Clause (2) of the Mediation Agreement, the amount lying deposited in this Court is to be released to the petitioner. Counsel for complainant, on instructions from the complainant, present in Court, submits that complainant has no objection in case this amount is released to the petitioner.

Application is allowed. Let the amount deposited in this Court with interest accrued thereon, if any, be released to the petitioner by the Registry. Dasti.
