The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.175/2013 registered under Sections 498A/304B/34 IPC at PS Swaroop Nagar. Status report is on record. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 05.10.2013. He is the father-in-law of the deceased who committed suicide on 02.08.2013 at her matrimonial home. The FIR was lodged on 04.08.2013 after recording the statements of the deceased's parents by the concerned SDM. Status report reveals that upon completion of investigation, a charge-sheet has already been filed and the statements of Smt.Dimple and her husband Mr.Naresh Kumar, victim's parents BAIL APPLN. 11/2016

have been recorded. It further reveals that the mother-in-law and sister-in-law of the victim were granted anticipatory bail. The petitioner was earlier granted interim bail on many occasions to get medical treatment. There are no allegations of its misuse. Status report further reveals that the petitioner remained admitted for seven days from 10.04.2015 to 16.04.2015 at V.P. Chest Institute. Report received from Superintendent Jail about the medical condition confirms him suffering from physical ailments. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, specifically the medical condition of the petitioner and his age, he is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
