% 03.03.2016 After some arguments it has been agreed that the impugned order will be modified to the extent of that that part of the preliminary objection wherein it is stated that "Defendant respectfully submits that Smt. Sheela Devi was homely lady and that the suit property was acquired from the funds of Shri Lakshmi Narain."

The impugned order as it stands otherwise shall remain the same.

With these directions petition disposed of.
