% 05.01.2016 At the outset and without going into the merits of this case, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and to file the same afresh after, inter alia, also impleading the company, namely, Shiv Vani Oil and Gas Exploration Service Limited, since the same would be a necessary party. He is permitted to do so.

It is made clear that the merits of the matter have not been examined.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
