The copy of the order dated 14th January, 2016 is handed over and taken on record. Copy of the same has been furnished to learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to seek appropriate legal remedies against the order dated 14th January, 2016, in accordance with law.
