O R D E R

% 02.07.2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the applications filed therewith and instead reserve all the contentions to be urged at the stage of consideration of charge by the court of Sessions where the case has statedly since been committed.

The petition and the applications filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn. All the contentions of the petitioner are reserved and may be agitated before the trial court at the stage of consideration of charge. Needless to add, any observation made by the Sessions court in the impugned order dated 27.11.2015 in Crl.Rev.No.18/2015 will not be treated as binding.
