Mr. Chhibber has handed over the copy of the order dated 2nd January, 2016 which is taken on record. Copy of the same is handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner.

The contempt petition and CM 31986/2015 are dismissed in view of the order dated 2nd January, 2016 produced by the respondents today in Court.
