% 23.12.2015 The learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions from the appellant Mr Mukesh Mittal who is present in court, seeks permission to withdraw this appeal. His request, however, is that the period for depositing the amount of Rs 20 lakhs as directed by the learned Single Judge by virtue of the impugned order dated 23.11.2015 be extended.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn, however, the period for making the deposit is extended upto 31.03.2016.
