% 10.09.2018 After some hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition, the petitioner reserving the right to move the trial court with an appropriate application for compounding of such of the offences which are compoundable under law after the report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is filed.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
