O R D E R

% 01.02.2016 Present writ petition has been filed by petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking a direction to the respondents to produce his wife, Smt.Azmat Jahan before this Court, who has been illegally confined by respondents no.3 and 4. Smt.Azmat Jahan, wife of the petitioner is present in Court. She submits that she has joined the company of her husband. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and his wife are receiving threatening calls from respondents no.3 and 4. I.O. of the case is directed to provide telephone/mobile number of a lady Constable to the petitioner and his wife to enable them to approach the lady Constable in case need arises and the Police will ensure their safety.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition and the same may be disposed of.
