% 26.02.2016 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking preponement of CC No.73/2/14 which is pending before the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, Patiala House, New Delhi and further prayer seeking issuance of direction to the Trial Court to expedite the trial of the above mentioned complaint.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the purpose of the petition would be satisfied if the Trial Court is directed to expedite the proceedings and if this direction is issued, he would withdrawn the present petition.

Consequently, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn

with the direction to the Trial Court to expedite the proceedings. Dasti.
