I.A. No.7865/2018 (Modification) The Judgment Debtors have filed the abovementioned application seeking modification of the minutes of order dated 22.12.2015 passed in the present petition The Decree Holder has no objection to the same and an affidavit dated 30.05.2018 has been filed by the Decree Holder to that effect. The application seeks modification of the Order dated 22.12.2015 by insertion of an additional paragraph 31B in the minutes marked as C2 and forming a part of the order dated 2.12.2015. The parties agree that the contents of the paragraph 10 of the application be inserted as para 31B of the minutes marked as C2. It is ordered accordingly.

The application further seeks modification of the Order dated 22.12.2015 by substitution of paragraph 45 in the minutes marked as C2 and forming a part of the Order dated 22.12.2015. The parties agree that the contents of the italicized part of the paragraph 11 of the application be replaced as para 45 of the minutes marked as C2. It is ordered accordingly. The present application is marked as C4 and shall form a part of this order.
