% 23.03.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner has informed that the learned Arbitrator has already entered upon reference. No one appears on behalf of the respondents when the matter is taken up.

Under these circumstances, it is directed that the interim order passed on 13th January, 2016 is made absolute. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to move an application before the sole arbitrator for further interim order, if any. Similar liberty is also granted to the respondent to move an application under Section 17 of the Act before the learned Arbitrator for modification or vacation of interim order. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
