% 07.05.2018 I.A. 6237/2018 Present application has been filed for withdrawal of the suit and for refund of Court-fees under Section 16 of the Court-Fees Act, 1870. In the present application, it has been averred that the plaintiffhusband and defendant-wife had entered into an agreement which was accepted by the Supreme Court in Transfer Petition (Civil) No.1988/2015. Since the issues had already been framed in the present case, Registry is directed to issue a certificate to the plaintiff authorising him to receive back from the Collector the half amount of the Court-fees paid by him in respect of the present suit.

With the aforesaid observations, present application stands allowed. The next date of hearing i.e. 31st July, 2018 stands cancelled. MANMOHAN, J MAY 07, 2018 js
