% 05.01.2016 The petitioner has filed the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking directions to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to include the petitioners in its counting/survey, if any and restraining them to evict the petitioners from their vending/hawking site. The petitioners further seek directions to the respondents to carry out their trade and business at their sites till they are registered. After some hearing, Mr.Mobin Akhtar, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. As prayed, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
