She states that the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties by way of a Settlement Agreement dated 2nd May, 2016 executed before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. She also states that a decree of divorce has been passed by the concerned Court in accordance with the aforesaid Settlement Agreement. Consequently, the present contempt petition is closed and the notices issued are discharged.
