This order is in continuation of the earlier orders dated 3rd April, 2018, 26th April, 2018 and 3rd May, 2018 insofar as qua defendant no.4 Mr. Kumar Vishwas.

The counsel for defendant no.4 Mr. Kumar Vishwas has today in Court handed over an undated letter stated to be signed by the defendant no.4 Mr. Kumar Vishwas and addressed to the plaintiff and vide which the defendant no.4 Mr. Kumar Vishwas has, without any reservation, unequivocally withdrawn all the defamatory and baseless allegations made by him against the plaintiff and his family members, whether published in print, electronic or social media and has offered his sincere apology to the plaintiff and his family members for the harm caused thereby. 3.

The senior counsel for the plaintiff states that the suit, insofar as against the defendant no.4 Mr. Kumar Vishwas, be decreed in terms of the letter handed over today.

The apology offered by the defendant no.4 Mr. Kumar Vishwas is accepted by this Court and a decree is passed, in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendant no.4 Mr. Kumar Vishwas in terms of his letter handed over today in the Court and on which, for the sake of identification, Ex.D-4 is put in today‟s date and leaving the plaintiff and the defendant no.4 Mr. Kumar Vishwas to bear their own costs.

Decree sheet be drawn up.

Ex.D-4 to form part of decree sheet.

The suit, insofar as against the other defendants, was already decreed on 3rd April, 2018 and is now disposed of.
