% 21.04.2016 Arguments heard.

The present application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for the grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.822/2015, under Sections 498-A/406 IPC, Police Station Dwarka South.

On 23.12.2015, interim protection was granted to the petitioner. The petitioner was directed not to be arrested subject to the condition that he shall join the investigation as and when required, shall not tamper with the evidence and shall not leave the country without prior

permission of the Court.

It has been submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned APP for the State has submitted that the petitioner is no more required for the purpose of custodial interrogation.

In the facts and circumstances, it is hereby ordered that in the event of arrest of the petitioner, he shall be released on bail on furnishing the personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. However, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation as and when required. He shall not tamper with the evidence and shall not leave the country without prior permission of the Court concerned. The present bail application as well as Crl.M.A. 18962/2015 are disposed of accordingly.
