Matter could not be resolved before the Mediation Centre. 2.

During the course of investigation, the petitioner voluntarily offered to pay `3 lacs to the complainant without prejudice and subject to future adjustment towards dowry articles. On this, the complainant has no objection to the grant of anticipatory bail. 3.

By an order dated 23.12.2015, the petitioner was granted interim protection in case FIR No.226/2015 registered under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC at PS Dwarka Sectoer-23 and was directed to join the investigation as and when required. Indisputably, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Certain dowry articles have already been returned.

To meet the deficiency (if any) offer to pay `3 lacs has been made.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the petitioner's offer to pay `3 lacs to the complainant without prejudice and subject to future adjustment, he is granted anticipatory bail and in the event of arrest, he be released on furnishing personal bond in the sum of `50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating officer. He shall, however, join the investigation as and when required.

He shall pay `3 lacs to complainant within two weeks through Investigating Officer by way of Demand Draft.

The bail application stands disposed of.
