By way of this application, the applicant/petitioner is seeking withdrawal of the bail application with liberty to file a fresh after exhausting the available legal remedy.

The reason mentioned in the application is as under:- "That in the meanwhile there is another change of circumstance as co-accused Praveen Jha from whom allegedly direct incriminating material was recovered i.e. computer system/printer etc. used for forging marksheet(s) as per prosecution version has been granted bail by the Court of Sh.Sandeep Yadav, Hon'ble ASJ-05 (South), Saket Court, Delhi on 14th January, 2016."

In view of the above, the present application seeking withdrawal of Bail Application No.52/2016 is allowed.

BAIL APPLN. 52/2016 In view of the prayer made in Crl.M.A.1192/2016, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
