CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV SACHDEVA

O R D E R

% 22.07.2016 Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents are searching for an alternative accommodation for which a public notice has been issued on 19.07.2016. Learned counsel further submits that as and when a suitable alternative accommodation is available, the respondents shall shift the premises. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the statement given by the respondents and they shall shift the premises as and when a suitable accommodation is available, he does not wish to press this petition any further.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach this court if the respondents do not shift after obtaining suitable alternative accommodation. This liberty is without prejudice to the contention of the respondents that this petition is not maintainable. This objection is left open. SANJEEV SACHDEVA, J JULY 22, 2016 'rs
